Special Reconnaissance Airmen or Grey Berets may be the newest Special Warfare career field, but their history goes back to 1942 during WWII.

They bring lethal and non-lethal capabilities to the battlefield employing multi-domain electronic warfare, using small drones, sniper training, cyber integration, and environmental intelligence.

Rain or shine it doesn’t matter we will be outside working with what we have. The 2 in the middle leading it off will be shipping off to BMT next week and is their last 100, 8 count bodybuilders they will be doing with us in the special Warfare development program. They have showed leadership, strength and the ability to never quit.

9-11 brings out a lot of emotions in most of us. I can only imagine climbing up those stairs on that day not knowing If I would be coming back home. In part of understanding what those hero’s went through that day we completed the 6th annual firefighter memorial incline climb.
