Penrose Library Teens We are the Teens of the Penrose Library! We are located in downtown Colorado Springs.

The Penrose Library serves a great number of individuals from all walks of life. The Penrose Library - Teens is a group catering to the teens of the area. We frequently hold activities and programs in and outside of the library for teens ages 13-17. Our goal is to bring interest to the younger generation and give them a place to explore, create, and grow through the use of books and unlimited knowledge.
