❗Holiday closure❗ All Library locations, Old Colorado City Library

All Pikes Peak Library District locations will be closed Mon., May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Additionally, Old Colorado City Library will be closed on Sat., May 24 for Territory Days. The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

❗Delayed opening❗ All Library locations

All Pikes Peak Library District locations usually open Fridays will open at 11 a.m. on Fri., May 16 due to an all-staff meeting.

Saturday May 3 is Free Comic Book Day! We will be giving away comic books for all ages. Stop by and discover a new favorite comic.

Come see the winning library card designs from our Library Card Design Contest! Join us at East Library on Sat., April 5 at 10:30 a.m. for the Unveiling Ceremony. Enjoy refreshments, see a gallery of the more than 800 submissions, and maybe even get a new library card (if you switch your card, it costs $1 and you get a new library card number). The gallery of submissions will be live on our website that morning, and the new cards will be available at all Library locations starting Mon., April 7. Learn more at ppld.org/library-card-contest
