Comcast had a planned outage today and Internet and phones will not be back up until 4 PM or later. The office will remain open until 5 PM however, we are unable to run credit card payments in the office.

Stratmoor Hills Water technicians are working to repair a main break on Burnham and expect to shut down services.
The following streets will be affected:
Burnham St
Residents in the surrounding area may experience low water pressure.
Water services will be restored as soon as possible. Please keep watch on our social pages for updates.

Crews are on site today on Tanager working on repairs on a fire hydrant.
Services may be interrupted or you may experience low water pressure. Services will be restored as soon as the repairs are done.

Updated: Colorado Springs utilities has restored backup power to the area until they can get the pole replaced. You should experience normal water pressure.
Colorado Springs Utilities have informed us a power line was hit off S US HWY 85/87 and power is out to some of the businesses and homes in that area.
Water pressure will fluctuate throughout the day until they can get the power restored.
