📚☀️ Our students are headed into summer break prepared and excited to read! ☀️📚

Check out these wonderful photos of children proudly showing off their Book Blast books! Thanks to this amazing program and the support of our families, students are going into summer with books in their hands and new adventures waiting on every page. 📖✨

We celebrated a few awesome kiddos at the Gold Crown Event. These students truly went above and beyond all year long! 👑✨

Students receiving the Gold Seal Certificate demonstrated outstanding PACK behavior throughout the school year by showing leadership, kindness, responsibility, respect, and consistently exceeding expectations both inside and outside the classroom.

We are so proud of these students for being shining examples of what it means to be part of the Weikel pack! 🐺💛

Even during summer vacation, a little learning each day can help students stay confident and ready for the next school year. Here are a few easy ways parents can keep learning going all summer long:

📖 Read together daily — even 15-20 minutes makes a difference
✏️ Practice writing with journals, postcards, or summer stories
🔢 Use math in everyday life like cooking, shopping, or road trips
🌎 Visit museums, parks, libraries, and community events
🎨 Encourage creativity through art, music, building, and imagination
🧩 Play educational games and puzzles as a family
💬 Keep kids talking, asking questions, and exploring new ideas

Most importantly — enjoy the time together and make wonderful memories! 💛
