William Guman & Associates won unanimous approval today from the El Paso County Planning Commission for the Esteban Rodriguez Subdivision Rezone Applications. The 500ac subdivision will include up to 142 new single family homes on 2.5 an 5 acre lots, and 16 acres of commercial use. The site is at Judge Orr Road and Elbert Road.

Guman has been the lead urban planning consultant for the project.

William Guman & Associates will begin detailed development planning for the proposed Waterbury subdivision, to be constructed in the Stapleton Road/Hwy24 vicinity of El Paso County.

Guman began conceptual planning of the Waterbury community nearly 10 years ago, which has been approved for up to 1,100 single family homes.
