New Lawyer's Section Meeting- New Date and Time!
We are starting to meet again!! Please come to the Thirsty Parrot on Friday, January 30, 2015 to meet and discuss where we should go as a Section. The meeting will be very informal and last from 4-7pm. We'll also be discussing the upcoming Legacy Society lunch mixer! Please email Haily Kolberg at [email protected] if you have any thoughts or comments but can't attend. (The meeting on the calendar for Wednesday January 28, 2015 at 5:30pm is cancelled). Thanks!

Many folks have received an invitation to "like" this page in the last few days... we are getting up and running again! Please don't be offended if you don't qualify as a "new lawyer" and were ask to like the page... we just want to get as many people involved as we can, and not all of our events will be exclusively for "new lawyers"! Please share the page with other new lawyers so we can work on building our events and networking options!

Accepting Nominations for Brian S. Gardner Outstanding Young Lawyer Award

The New Lawyers Section is accepting nominations for The Bryan S. Gardner Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. The recipient of this award should be an individual who has made significant contributions to the El Paso County Bar Association, the legal profession, and the community through his/her dedication, legal services and volunteer services.

This award is presented by the New Lawyers Section. If you know of a deserving individual, please send a letter of nomination to Andrew McVay, c/o Alpern Myers Stuart LLC, 14 N. Sierra Madre Street, Suite A, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903 no later than
April 13, 2012.

Law Day Dinner is Friday, April 27, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Briarhurst Manor.
