Front Range Airmen Against Drunk Driving (A2D2) is a non-profit organization designed to prevent DUI's and keep the roads of Front Range Colorado safe.

A2D2 is designed to be the backup plan for DOD members including families and civilian employees without rides home who are under the influence of alcohol and are stationed/located on Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, and Cheyenne Mountain AFS. A2D2 only requires the first name, location, and the number/gender of the passengers requesting pick up. Names will not be given outside of A2D2.

General information

A2D2 runs from 10pm-3am on weekends (Fri/Sat) and national holidays. Volunteers gather at the café in Bldg 1164 at 10pm for the safety briefing. You may volunteer as a driver or dispatcher. Drivers may return to their homes but must remain on call. Dispatchers must remain at the café until the end of A2D2 (3 am). Free drinks are provided by the PAFB Chapel at the café until midnight. All volunteers that will be drivers must be sober and have a valid drivers license and proof of updated insurance. All volunteers must be military members, civilians, or dependents of military members stationed at Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, or Cheyenne Mountain AFS. A2D2 does not pick up or drop off beyond the Front Range Colorado area. A2D2 will not drive POV or GOV vehicles to the residence of those who request pickup.
