The 2026 El Paso County Veterans Expo is almost here!

On June 10 at the Pikes Peak Center, Veterans and families can access a full day of resources, benefits support, and community connection, all in one place and all free.

Explore the vendor fair, meet with accredited VSOs for direct claims assistance, and join conference‑style sessions featuring regional leaders and Veteran‑focused discussions.

Memorial Day is a time of remembrance, gratitude, and reflection. For many in our veteran and military community, it can also be a hard day.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it is an important reminder that our military, veterans, and their families face unique stressors that often go unseen. Many feel pressure to keep going rather than seek support, but your mental health matters, and reaching out is never a burden.

Mt. Carmel’s Behavioral Health team provides culturally competent, military informed counseling. Our clinicians specialize in trauma, su***de ideation, and the invisible challenges that can follow service. We work to reduce barriers to care, including financial ones, so every member of our military community can access the support they deserve.
