TRE recently hosted "Roots to Results" for our case management team, a day of relationship building and learning designed to strengthen how teams work together and reconnect to our collective "why" at TRE. Over 400 staff members participated, which is over 2/3 of TRE!
The highlight of the day was a speech from TRE member Rachel, who shared about her journey with TRE, from getting life-saving medications and services to being showcased in TRE's art show. Her speech even got a standing ovation! Thank you Rachel for sharing your powerful story with our staff!

Last weekend was an extra special cooking time, where the participants prepped chicken parmesan to give to their moms for Mother's Day!
"Thank you so much for the Mother's Day gift from Cooking Time. Skye enjoyed preparing the chicken Parmesan, and he was so proud to serve it to our family. The homemade card and the baking dish were such special gifts for him to give and me to receive. You made our Mother's Day great," said Sunshine, Skye's mom (pictured in the first photograph).

Liset has been a part of the TRE family for two years, and her impact is felt every day.
She approaches her work with care, empathy, and advocacy by ensuring the people she serves feel supported through every step of the process. A meaningful moment that stands out to her was supporting a family through a challenging transition and securing services that allowed their loved one to remain safely at home.
Outside of work, Liset enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and unwinding with a good book or music.
Thank you, Liset for your dedication to person-centered care!
