What a cool honor. Colorado Springs was just named Best City in the Country for Small Business according to Bluevines's 2026 study.

PPRBD is a proud partner of the Pikes Peak Small Business Alliance, a group of people from multiple agencies working together to help the small business community.

Single family home building is down at only 53 new homes, while commercial remains strong. We've already permitted 3 projects with estimated valuations more than $4 Million.
