This National Safety month, as we head into more patio dinners and evenings spent relaxing outside, keeping safety top of mind is a priority—especially when using natural gas appliances.
A great tip to remember is knowing the 3 S’s of a gas leak
- Smell: A strong odor like rotten eggs or skunk.
- Sight: Dead vegetation, bubbling water or blowing dirt near gas lines.
- Sound: Hissing near appliances or gas lines.

We're grateful for the rain, and even more grateful for rain sensors!
Rain sensors automatically stop your sprinkler system when it’s rains, helping you take advantage of Mother Nature's generosity and not overwater your landscape. These sensors are a simple addition to most existing irrigation systems, plus we offer $25-$50 rebates to help. It’s an easy upgrade that supports wise water use while keeping your yard looking its best.
