We enrich learning with family events, STEAM, Spanish immersion, clubs, and dedicated staff, fostering a love for learning and active participation.

Every year, Foothills transforms into a hub of creativity, curiosity, and discovery as more than 20 amazing community organizations bring hands-on STEAM experiences to our students and families!

From building helicopters and extracting DNA from strawberries to making ice cream, conducting chemistry experiments, and tackling engineering challenges, our Foothills Falcons got to think like scientists, create like engineers, and explore like innovators!

It was a night filled with big ideas, hands-on learning, laughter, and meaningful connections. We love seeing our Falcons explore, experiment, ask questions, and discover just how FUN learning can be!

A HUGE thank-you to all of our community partners, volunteers, and families who helped make this incredible night possible. At Foothills, learning takes flight!

Get ready to Fuel Innovation at Foothills Elementary’s STEAM Night is tonight, Thursday, October 8, from 5:00–7:00 PM!

Foothills will be transformed into an evening of hands-on STEAM exploration, where students and families can experiment, create, discover, and experience the excitement of science, technology, engineering, art, and math! Students are required to attend with an adult. Come ready to explore, get curious, and fuel your inner innovator!

🌈 Legendary - we said this year's Fun Run would be legendary, and it sure is! Are you ready for it... Foothills final fundraising total for this 26/27 school year is... $21,563.05!!!

👀 Look what YOU did! Look what WE accomplished together! Everyone gave what they could: their time, volunteered during the Fun Run, donated resources, donated supplies, donated money, kept school-spirit hyped up the previous 3 weeks - we bundled it all up together into the most-successful fundraising year in Foothills history!!!

↳ We are so close to our $20k goal - we only need to raise $3,274.95 more! Our deadline has been extended until end of day, Sunday, October 4th. The PTO is still able to collect personal checks, cash, donation matches and business sponsorships. ᐟ Celebrate the Good. All Foothills students were sent home with their completed Fun Run lap cards yesterday; we are so proud of everyone! For completing the most laps during Friday's Fun Run, these classes earned an ice cream party:

𖤣𖤥𖠿𖤣𖤥 Community - that's what we experienced Friday out on the Fun Run field. Hopefully you saw it too, we ALL saddled-up, and our Fun Run was beautiful chaos! Honestly, seeing those smiling faces completely filled our souls, thank you!

⁀➷ Thank you to each and every single staff member, for their support throughout this entire week and during the Fun Run. We saw you jump right into the fun! Families, friends, neighbors - your volunteerism and continued donations astound us day after day, thank you!

😍 What a day, Falcons! Today is our annual Fun Run & Health Jam, and we are absolutely blown away by the energy, enthusiasm, and support from our Foothills families! THANK YOU to everyone who ran, volunteered, donated, cheered, hydrated, and helped make today such a fun day for our community, and most importantly, our kids!

👏 And the fundraising momentum is REAL! Our Friday daily total was an incredible $3,875.71 —That brings our current total to $14,242.05! 🎉

🏁 We’re extending the finish line! Donations will now remain open through Sunday, October 4, so we have a little more time to make a run at our $20,000 goal! Our beloved Fun Run & Health Jam event is powered by volunteers dedicating their free time to supporting our school and 100% of the funds raised goes directly to our amazing students, teachers, and staff!

⭐ Why $20K? We love our school, but our classroom technology is... lagging. Our main mission is to replace faulty ceiling projectors inside 20 classrooms! Help us lead our teachers into a futuristic world where they can project a lesson wirelessly - and without a massive tech meltdown. Remaining funds will fuel our general PTO bucket, this keeps our community thriving by sponsoring: school dances, family trivia and bingo nights, the legendary Foothills Pride Cart, teacher classroom grants, Teacher Appreciation Week, plus so much more.
