Foundation for Successful Living FSL was created to foster a culture where clients can feel safe and supported while exploring and trying new experiences to facilitate their growth.

By cultivating personal relationships and providing meaningful opportunities, we encourage and empower individuals to discover their passions, contribute to their communities, live their unique purpose, and move toward independence and freedom. FSL provides Supported Community Connection
to individuals on the Medicaid SLS and DD waivers in Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado.
