Congratulations to Ziggy Joseph on being named the Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) Lance P. Sijan Chapter 125 Teacher of the Year. Ziggy was recognized during theSenior Awards Assembly at Widefield High School and presented the award by Sijan Chapter President David C. Geuting, Colonel, USAF. As the only computer science teacher serving both Widefield High School and Mesa Ridge High School, Ziggy continues to create incredible STEM opportunities and inspire students through robotics, coding, cybersecurity, and innovation. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and the lasting impact she continues to make on students across WSD3.

A huge thank you to Amtryke for helping expand opportunities for our students. We received an adapted tricycle that will support students in SSN/WISC for late elementary students to high school. This will help create a more inclusive and engaging experience for our learners. We're excited to see students enjoy this amazing addition. Thank you to Kristin Hall, Physical Therapist, for winning the tricycle for our incredible students.
