Two Colorado restaurants and a Texas salon are making national news and taking social by storm. Here in Colorado, C&C – Coffee & Kitchen in Castle Rock was jam packed as it opened for Mother’s Day. I had Jesse Arellano from C&C on the show to talk about the outpouring of customers and the mood on Sunday. He has received threats & praise. I talked with him about that and about his plans going forward. We also got an update on Karen's Kafe in Calhan. We had live reports on Friday as she opened and was overwhelmed with support. Today we found out how things are going and how the community and volunteers are stepping up and pulling together to the reopening of small business.
