This tragedy is no accident. Democrats continue to block cooperation between law enforcement and ICE, putting politics ahead of public safety while pushing an amnesty agenda they believe will expand their future voter base.

Adolfo A. Cruz-Garcia of Haledon, 23, has been charged with a slew offenses, including kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault and extortion.
