Today, we honor Staff Sergeant (SSG) Lillian L. Clamens of the 834th Adjutant General Company, who gave her life in service to our nation. We remember her sacrifice, uphold her legacy, and remain forever grateful for the price she paid to safeguard our freedoms. We will never forget.

Our teammates at the 335th Signal Command (Theater) had the pleasure of visiting Little Explorers Childcare Learning Center yesterday.

The visit gave the children an opportunity to learn about Army life while encouraging curiosity, leadership and a spirit of service.

We are grateful for the opportunity to build strong bonds with our community.

We are incredibly proud to recognize the 176 Army Reserve Soldiers who graduated from Basic Combat Training today at Fort Jackson. We extend a special congratulations to SPC Ethan Raffray, selected as the Soldier of the Cycle for his outstanding performance. Please join us in celebrating these newest members of the Army Reserve team as they begin their service and commitment to our Nation.

Our teammates at the 335th Signal Command recently shared that U.S. Army Lt. Col. Greggory MacDonald assumed command of the 319th Expeditionary Signal Battalion from Lt. Col. Thomas Stockdale during a change of command ceremony at the B.T. Collins Army Reserve Center in Sacramento, Calif., Sept. 19, 2026. The battalion thanks Stockdale for his leadership and dedication and welcomes MacDonald as he leads the unit into its next chapter.

Today, we honor and remember SGT Larry W. Pankey Jr. He died on October 3, 2005, while serving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. We are forever grateful for his service and sacrifice. Rest in peace, Sergeant.

Our teammates at the 335th Signal Command (Theater) hosted a welcome home ceremony in Sacramento, Calif. for soldiers and family members of the 319th Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB) upon their return from a nearly one-year deployment to multiple locations across the Middle East on Saturday, 19 Sept.

U.S. Congresswoman Doris Matsui, from California’s Seventh Congressional District, was the keynote speaker.

The 319th ESB’s mission was to install, operate, maintain, secure, and defend the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) communications in support of critical military operations in the CENTCOM area of responsibility.
