HopeWorks clients are experiencing an increased need for pantry items, including canned goods and household necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.

Your donations help ensure survivors have access to essential items as they navigate crisis and recovery. When we come together as a community, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors and their families.

Behind that number are individuals and families reaching out for safety, support, advocacy, and hope. This significant increase reflects the growing need for HopeWorks' services in our community.

At HopeWorks, we know that ending domestic violence takes all of us. Through advocacy, education, prevention, and support, we can help create a community where survivors are protected and empowered—and where violence is never accepted as inevitable.

Welcome to Day 1 of our month-long, virtual fundraising campaign! This Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), we challenge YOU to take action by raising awareness, connecting with your community, and showing support for survivors in Howard County.

The Purple Challenge helps HopeWorks raise flexible funding to meet the real needs of victims and survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence. Flexible funding makes our direct services possible— including HopeWorks' 24-hour helpline, safe house, and counseling and healing programs.

That's why your help is so important this month.
