Connecting businesses to opportunities is how we build a stronger local economy.

HCEDA was proud to participate in Maryland’s Ready, Set, GROW! Procurement Connections Expo, held today in Howard County!

Hosted by the Maryland Department of Social and Economic Mobility and Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, the event connected small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and disadvantaged businesses with state procurement officers and prime contractors to explore contracting opportunities, build relationships, and access valuable resources.

At HCEDA, we recognize that access to procurement opportunities is an important pathway to business growth. We are committed to helping local businesses navigate the procurement process, become more competitive, and pursue contracting opportunities at the local and state levels.

LegioX Cyber Technologies is ready to take the stage at the Market Pulse: Cyber Howard Challenge Pitch!

LOKDON is one of six companies selected to compete in the Market Pulse: Cyber Howard Challenge Pitch on October 20!

Cyber Howard Challenge Finalist Spotlight: Artemion!

We're excited to welcome Artemion as a finalist in this year's Market Pulse: Cyber Howard Challenge Pitch!

As organizations expand their use of cloud technologies and AI agents, understanding who and what has access to critical systems is increasingly important.
