This week, the 29th Annual Pike County Forestry Field Day was held at Pike Lake State Park. With help from Pike SWCD, Ohio State Parks, Ohio Division of Wildlife, and the Pike County Commissioners, the Division of Forestry presented to about 400 students about forest management, wildfire prevention, invasive species, ecology, wildlife, and tree identification. Great job helping teach Ohio youth about nature!
