It's easy to overlook that a person's physical state is not the only thing that matters. Even if we cannot see it, their mental and emotional health matters too. Be kind to others and to yourself. After all, a little bit of kindness can go a long way for someone's hidden struggles.

In a world that can often feel disconnected, it’s heartwarming to come across stories that remind us of the power of kindness. One such story involves a 13-year-old boy named Jacksen Proell from Minnesota, who recently decided to spread positivity when he stumbled upon a doorbell camera while out with his friends. Rather than engaging in a typical prank with them, Jacksen took a different approach: He looked directly into the camera and spoke uplifting words, reminding whoever may be watching that they matter. Little did he know that this simple act of kindness would have a profound impact on countless people.

The video of Jacksen’s kind gesture was shared on TikTok by Ashley Mann, who was on vacation when Jacksen came up to her doorstep and has accumulated well over five million views since then. The comments poured in, showing just how significant Jacksen’s message was to people who came across the video on the social media app. Some expressed how his words shifted their mindset and even uplifted their mood hearing him say his uplifting words directly into the camera as if he was looking at them. The power of his message was certainly felt.

What makes this story even more heartening is the fact that Jacksen and his mother have since connected with Ashley Mann. They plan to meet up soon, creating an opportunity for further collaboration and spreading kindness together. Socialites, it’s nice to witness how one small act can ripple out and inspire others to join in the effort to make the world a better place, don’t you agree?

Why Avocados are a Superfood to Boost Your Mood🥑

The average avocado also contains 4 grams of protein and is low in sugar and dietary fiber. Avocados are a superfood packed with vitamins, especially stress-relieving vitamins B and vitamin D. They also contain tryptophan. Tryptophan is an amino acid that has a powerful impact on your food and mood, helping to balance hormones and the production of serotonin, the feel-good hormone.

Avocados are a superfood loaded with omega-3 fatty acids too. Omega-3s have anti-inflammatory properties that may help relieve depression, and they can travel through the brain cell membrane and interact with mood-related molecules.

Not to mention, avocados are rich in oleic acid, a fatty acid that provides numerous health benefits.

Do you enjoy avocados
