On March 27, 2026, The Ohio Coalition of Adult Protective Services (OCAPS) awarded The Judge Thomas Swift Award to Debra Hines, Clermont County Senior Services.

This award is given annually by OCAPS to recognize individuals or groups who have created or enhanced collaborative practices and relationships and improved the community's response to protect victims of elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation in Ohio; and has displayed professional and personal strengths that advance multi-disciplinary collaboration through innovative strategies.
