It should be against the law to pursue criminal charges on an individual running for president. We should pass a law forcing it to happen 1 year in advance or it waits till post election. Forcing a delay would still ensure “justice is had,” it would let the don focus on/& execute his campaign, op would give the state more time to build their case, so many positives! Wait until his campaign is over and THEN proceed with criminal charges. Guilty is guilty whether you lock him up today or tomorrow or next year.

The democrats had 3 years when the man left the White House! But they wait till now to charge him?! I’m SO sick of hearing about January 6th. The fact that they waited to charge him to now is NOT a coincidence. They have had 2 years to charge the man…..
If they are successful with this case, and he’s not allowed to run, the entire country will feel as if they’ve been disenfranchised!

I really hate to see that go down, I’m afraid it will make “Jan 6th” look like fiction…

*isn’t taking away a candidate with verifiable support tantamount to taking away a certain group’s right to vote for said man?
