If you would like to submit a request for a refund from the Chattahoochee Valley Learning Resource Center, please complete the following form by Aug. 29. We will alert all respondents with an update about refunds by Sept. 8.

📣 CVLRC Virtual Auction – Final Sale!
We’re closing out the Chattahoochee Valley Learning Resource Center and inviting the community to take home some of the remaining items through a Facebook Auction.

👉 Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Items will be posted individually at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/chattahoochee-valley-learning-resource-centers-auction

2️⃣ Bid on items that you want.

3️⃣ The highest bid by Monday, August 25 at 7:00 PM wins the item.

4️⃣ You MUST pick up at the CVLRC at one of the following times:

Tuesday, August 26 between 11 AM - 3 PM
Thursday, August 28 between 11 AM - 3 PM
Saturday, August 30 between 1 PM – 4 PM

Please bring help if you’re picking up large items.

All sales are final.

This is a great chance to grab furniture, toys, and more while supporting the transition of the Center’s resources back into the community. Thank you for helping us close this chapter!

Dear Families,
We are writing with deep appreciation and a heavy heart to share that the Board of Directors of the Chattahoochee Valley Learning Resource Center (CVLRC) has voted to close and formally dissolve the organization. Zumbini is a seperate business that will continue through August 31 at CVLRC, please reach out to Jessica Wheeler, owner of this business separately for any additional updates.
This was not a decision made lightly, but it is one we believe to be necessary. While CVLRC has always been a community rooted in care, we have determined that we can no longer continue operating without key infrastructure and sustainable financial support.

We will continue to communicate transparently and compassionately with families and supporters throughout this process. Our priority is to bring this chapter to a close with the same care, respect, and integrity that guided our founding.
We are deeply grateful to you for trusting us with your children and for being part of the CVLRC community. It has been our honor to serve you.

Effective immediately, CVLRC will halt all Open Play programming while the Board undertakes a comprehensive review of the organization’s financial, legal and operational structure. Zumbini will continue as scheduled for the time being. Thank you for your understanding and support.

We will be in touch again by August 18, 2025 with an update.

As kids transition back to school, please note adjustments in our play hours. At this time, the LRC is closed on Tuesdays. We hope you’re staying dry and adjusting back to school routines.

Please also note the Adopt-A-Pet event today was cancelled due to lack of registrations.

VETERINARIAN OFFICE

Come visit the animals, give them a bath, check up on vitals, look at X-rays and send them home with their owners. Don’t forget our Adopt-a-Pet with on August 5th 1-3 pm! Adopt, don’t shop our gently used stuffies. Make adoption papers, create assessories and and engineer a carrier. Register in advance!

The space is always changing. That’s part of the fun! We have more surprises in store for Fall. Be sure to check in soon for play! Fall hours change back August 4. We have some new programming and some returning. Be sure to look at the schedule of events on the website to stay up to date.
