You probably know Just Friends for our adult day service, but did you know we offer other services, too?

Healthcare Coordination and Caregiver Coaching are two additional services we offer at Just Friends.

Caregiving is rewarding, but challenging work.

In fact, Nearly 40 – 70% of caregivers report symptoms of depression, while about 25 – 50% meet criteria for major depression. Caregivers are also more likely to have unaddressed health needs of their own.

If you're a caregiver, join us the 3rd Thursday of every month for a Caregiver Support Group. We meet from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Mill Race Center to exchange ideas and support each other.

One thing that should never be a barrier to coming to Just Friends is transportation.

Just Friends has a team of drivers who pick people up from their homes and take them home daily.

Just Friends participants regularly come up with ideas for projects they want to do while they're with us.

This time, they've decided they'd like to host their very own fundraiser!

You helped us raise over $3,500 in just a few hours and that makes a huge impact on our program!
