Last Friday 1-29th Infantry Regiment proudly recognized the Soldiers who provided operational support for Operation Distinguished Gentleman (OPDG). These Soldiers played a crucial role across Atlanta, diligently working alongside National Capital Region (NCR) personnel and the Secret Service to support the state funeral of Former President of the United States (FPOTUS) Jimmy Carter.
