Sorry to report that in the coming months Newsreel will be closing its doors. What a run - 67 years!!

Newsreel's fabulous Editor, Irwin Hott received the Melvin Jones Award from his Northeast Lions Club. This is a high honor for a Lions member for the accomplishments in their club. The below photo shows Irwin receiving the plaque from PDG Mike Kerek. Congrats Irwin for a job well done. You deserve it.

On this Memorial Day, we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and devotion remind us of the true cost of freedom. Let us remember the families who bear the weight of loss and stand with them. May their sacrifice inspire us to live lives that honor their memory and strive for a world of peace.
