Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education OAACE also makes sure that these groups are receive their fair share of funding and support from the local, state and the federal governments.

The Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education works hard to support teachers, administrators, counselors, volunteers, instructional aides, training directors, and other personnel dedicated to adult and continuing education. OAACE works with the listed service groups to ensure that their staffs and volunteers receive the necessary financial and technical support to carry out their roles in the community. 📚 Advancing Mathematical Reasoning and Workforce Preparation!

Salome Harris from Tri-C recently attended an engaging convening focused on an important question: How can we create learning experiences that prepare people not only for today’s jobs, but also for tomorrow’s opportunities and challenges?

The gathering brought together leaders in mathematics education, career and technical education, industry, philanthropy, and government to explore how mathematical reasoning can strengthen workforce preparation and create meaningful connections between classroom learning and career pathways.
