It’s been a while since our last update — our wonderful long-term guests have been enjoying their stay at the Historic Finch since July! We’re proud to have earned Airbnb Superhost status once again and look forward to welcoming new guests when our availability opens back up in November.

This past weekend, we had the tremendous honor of hosting a pageant contestant and her family at our Airbnb, but Reagan Moore didn't just compete—she WON!
Meet the newly crowned Miss Georgia Teen 2025, who brightens our front porch with her poised confidence and perfectly complements the classic Southern charm of the Historic Finch! From rehearsals to the big stage, her schedule has been busy, so we are thrilled her family chose to return to the Historic Finch for a peaceful retreat in their downtime. We are so proud of you, Reagan, and wish you and your family the very best in this pageant journey!
