Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel, and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik today announced the approval of eight projects that will create 1,618 new jobs and retain 1,835 jobs statewide.

Announced today, $26.9 million in grants to expand access to safe, affordable housing in 57 counties through the Welcome Home Ohio Program.

Development today announced the approval of $806,041 in loans to help two small businesses expand operations, create jobs, and strengthen their communities with approval from the Minority Development Financing Advisory Board.

Team Development celebrated with the new graduates of the Stark County Minority Business Association’s CLIMB Program in Canton yesterday.
