Don’t Forget to Register! Dec. 15 CLE on Successful Mediation in the Southern District. Topics will include the Southern District’s recent transition from settlement week to a year-round mediation program, and tips for mediation success from the mediator’s and practitioner’s perspective. An application for CLE credit is pending with the Ohio Supreme Court. Registration is $25 for FBA members and $75 for non-members. The event will be held in-person and will be simulcast via WebEx.
