The CASA of Franklin County office will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

Everyone experiences strong emotions sometimes. This is why it’s important that we teach kids skills to cope with emotions, or emotion regulation. We want children to know that while all emotions are normal and valid, we have to have control of our choices and behaviors.

CASA of Franklin County is marking Foster Care Awareness Month, where we recognize children and young people - plus those who walk alongside them like CASA volunteers and foster families. On average, 1,400 children in our community reside in foster care each year.
