We Need Some Help...
Our Central Ohio Stand Down needs a creative web manager and FaceBook Pro who can offer their Services pro bono for our Not for Profit. We currently use WIX for web mnanagement.

We hold several Veteran events a year annd need an efficient means of signing up volunteers and sharing news stories.

We've been able to add a new group to serve Veterans living at The Commons at Livingston. There are 100 Vets that live there!

Look for pictures once the duffles arrive and are stuffed for disbursement! BTW Coordinator from each facility will be providing direct disbursement to our Veterans!

Our Duffle Bag Drive for Vets is on a ROLL! We are pleased how folks are spreading the word throughout the community.

This year's campaign is in lieu of a face-to-face inside event like we usually host. With your help, we can continue to support our men & women Veterans in need living in Central Ohio who are being served by:

- Volunteers of America, Veterans & Families First
- Lutheran Social Services, Faith Mission
- VA Healthcare for Homeless Veterans

Well, we finally have good news !

1. We are hosting a Central Ohio Veterans Stand Down "Duffle Bag Drive for Vets". We are accepting cash donations through August 31, 2021. Checks or PayPal on our web site please. See the attached flyer for more information!

The amount raised will help us serve even more Veterans in need. 100% of donations received serve our Veterans!

2. October 18, 2022 will be the date for the next Central Ohio Veterans Stand Down to be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center!

What  a wonderful remembrance of our veterans!

Wichita celebrates veterans with Kansas Honor Banners Banners are on display all over Wichita, Kansas to thank veterans for their service. For Israel Villa, a Marine honored by his brother with a banner, the sight stirs pride and memories.

To all of our Stand Down volunteers, sponsors, partners, donors, and friends please be safe and stay well. Your efforts and support change lives!

We are in a holding pattern right now and are waiting to see what our options will be.

We must play safe as we serve. Thank you for your faith in our committee’s efforts.

I will be sure to let everyone how things evolve for our 25th year of service to our Veterans.
