🚒 Training Night | Back to the Basics!

Not every training night needs to be technical or complicated. Sometimes, going back to the basics is exactly what’s needed!

Our crews spent the evening practicing vehicle rescue skills on a donated vehicle, giving some of our newly trained Basic Vehicle Rescue (BVR) members the opportunity to get hands-on experience with our rescue tools.

It's easy to overlook the little things, but those small details can make a big difference when it comes to a more challenging extrication. Refreshing the fundamentals, building confidence with our equipment, and working together as a crew help make those more difficult situations go that much smoother.

The goal isn't always to learn something new. Sometimes it's about getting better at what we already know.

Every training night is another opportunity to sharpen our skills so we're better prepared when our community needs us.
