Join us for Prospective Student Night tomorrow from 6-8 at ECHS.

Congratulations Anushka on receiving your Girl Scout Gold Award! Anushka volunteered over 600 hours at the VA Hospital in Charlotte, where she realized the need for more volunteers. She took action and created brochures, signage, and a documentary highlighting the work volunteers do and why they are needed. Her materials are now available across the Piedmont region and her documentary is used in volunteer orientation. Congratulations Anushka!!

Seniors can pick up diplomas and final transcripts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday next week from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. If you need to make other pick-up arrangements please email Ms. Drye.

The excitement couldn’t be contained as the Class of 2024 announced their decisions for Decision Day!! This is just a small selection of the amazing choices our Eagles have made to continue their academic and career journeys!

The PTSO is hosting a short 5-day fundraiser to help us meet our budget and provide support to the Early College High School.

Please use the link below to participate and spread the word. The fundraiser will run from Monday Feb. 5 at 5pm and run through Friday Feb. 10 at 5 pm. We need your help spreading the word! Popcorn will be sent directly to those who place orders.

We hope to raise enough funds to purchase an awning/canopy to cover the picnic table area beside the Nest to make it better for meeting and hanging out for students.

Beginning today, meet our Student Ambassadors! These outstanding student leaders represent Rowan-Cabarrus at campus events and act as liaisons between the College and the community. Nattellie Anderson is majoring in biology in preparation for pre-med studies. She chose Rowan-Cabarrus Early College to get ahead on her credits and earn her associate degree during high school. “Don’t judge the book by its cover,” she says. “Many people look down on community colleges, but once you get that thought out of your head, you can see the opportunities. Rowan-Cabarrus is somewhere that everyone can be included. The student-teacher relationship is close, and you know each other on a deeper level.”
