CAP Contra Costa CAP Contra Costa is a federally designated anti-poverty agency that delivers services and programs that help low-income individuals become self-sufficent.

CAP Contra Costa partners with community-based organizations, the private sector, and public governments to deliver programs and services such as: shelter for runaway youth & domestic violence victims, job training and placement, a safe community for persons with persistent mental illness, energy bill assistance, home weatherization services, and more! CAP Contra Costa receives recommendations from Contra Costa County Economic Opportunity Counci (EOC). The EOC is a group of community leaders & volunteers that are passionate about advocacy for the low-income community.
