04/21/26 - WORKING FIRE assisting Midland FD

Flowes Store was dispatched to assist Midland FD with a structure fire on the 13000 block of Cabarrus Station Rd. Midland arrived on scene to a metal garage with smoke showing and upgraded the call to a working fire. Flowes Store Engine 2 and Tanker 13 arrived and assisted with making access and fire attack.

This past weekend two of our members participated in their "Hell night" at Rowan Cabarrus Community College followed by graduation from the daytime Firefighter Academy hosted at Harrisburg Fire Department.
These members spent the last couple of months completing the classes required to attain their Firefighter Certification and then got to put those skills to use running simulated incidents such as live fires and wrecks at the Rowan Cabarrus Fire Training Facility.

04/13/26 - OUTBUILDING FIRE assisting Harrisburg FD

Flowes Store was dispatched to assist Harrisburg FD with a structure fire on Grady Harris Sr Ln. Harrisburg Engine 32 arrived to an outbuilding on fire. Flowes Store Tanker 13 and Brush 13 responded. Tanker 13 provided water to Harrisburg and Brush 13 extinguished a small woods fire that had spread from the outbuilding.

04/08/26 - WORKING FIRE assisting Robinson FD

Flowes Store was dispatched to assist Robinson FD with a structure fire in the 5000 block of Camp Stewart Rd. Robinson arrived to a 1 story residence with fire showing from the roof and marked it a working fire. Flowes Store Engine 3 and Tanker 13 arrived and assisted with opening up and a secondary.

03/31/26 - WORKING FIRE assisting Allen FD

Flowes Store was dispatched to assist Allen FD with a structure fire in the 5000 block of Flowes Store Rd. Allen arrived to an attached garage with heavy fire showing and marked it a working fire. Flowes Store E13 arrived and was assigned primary search. Flowes Store assisted with overhaul and was released by command

Flowes Store is still staying busy this month making this the 6th working fire for the month.

03/29/26 - WORKING FIRE assisting Robinson VFD

Flowes Store was dispatched to assist Robinson VFD with a structure fire. Robinson arrived to a 2 story residence with fire showing on the second floor and marked it a working fire. Flowes Store Engine 13 arrived and assisted with ventilation and overhaul.

It’s turned into a busy month for Flowes Store as that marked our 5th working fire for March.
