GoodLife Programs & Activities is dedicated to supporting quality of life and healthy aging for active independent older adults over age 50. We offer health & wellness programs, information and educational resources, social networking opportunities, and recreational activities to residents of New Hampshire, Concord, and surrounding towns.

Join us for a monthly bereavement group facilitated by bereavement counselors from Bayada Hospice, with approximately one hour of structured, educational time and one hour of open discussion and socialization time.
