Due to PECO wire repair work, bus service will replace train service on the Norristown Line between Conshohocken Station and Elm Street Station for the entire service day on the weekends of Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, and Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026, and Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, and Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026.

Train service will terminate and originate at Conshohocken Station. Bus service will operate between Conshohocken Station and Elm Street Station. Passengers will transfer from train to bus at Conshohocken Station.

Inbound (toward Center City): For these weekends, shuttle buses will depart Norristown-Elm Street Station 13 minutes earlier than the regularly scheduled train time. Trains will depart 5 minutes after bus arrival at Conshohocken. Passengers should add approximately 10 to 15 minutes to their travel time.

Outbound: On weekends, the connecting shuttle bus will depart 5 minutes after train arrival at Conshohocken, serving Norristown Transit Center, Main Street Station and Elm Street Station. Passengers should add approximately 10 to 15 minutes to their travel time. All buses will be signed “Rail Shuttle” for the duration of the project.

NOTE: There may be last-minute boarding location changes at Conshohocken, Spring Mill, and Miquon stations. Check for posted signs and/or septa.org/alerts for up-to-date information.

The Borough of Conshohocken Borough Council will hold its regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, October 21, at 7 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider and transact business as may come before it. The meeting will be held at Borough Hall, located at 400 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

The Borough of Conshohocken Borough Council is accepting letters of interest, resumes, and applications for two Zoning Hearing Board vacancies. There is one vacancy for a full-time position on the Zoning Hearing Board and one for the alternate position.

The Zoning Hearing Board conducts public hearings at the request of developers and residents seeking zoning relief from an existing provision of the zoning ordinance via variance or special exception. The Board interprets the Borough’s zoning ordinance and decides whether to approve or deny applications.

Any interested party must be a current resident of the Borough of Conshohocken for at least one full year.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council (the “Council”) of the Borough of Conshohocken, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (the “Borough”), at a meeting of Council, to be duly called and held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or, alternatively, on a date which is not less than three (3) days nor more than thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice, to be held at Borough Hall, 400 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, will consider and may enact an ordinance (the “Ordinance”) authorizing, among other things, the incurrence of non-electoral indebtedness of the Borough in the maximum aggregate principal amount of up to $15,000,000, to be evidenced by the Borough’s General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2027, to be issued by the Borough.
