Join us Friday for stories, creativity, and just the right amount of spooky fun!
Family Story Time is EVERY Friday at 11 am and is for families of all ages, stages and sizes.

Of note: Story Time runs for approximately one hour and includes three fun books, poems and rhymes, giggles with Ms. Amy and a STEAM* Project every week! PLUS, a story-time take-home worksheet packet.

Election season is here, which means it's time for our annual reminder:
📚 Books go in the library book return. 🗳️ Ballots do not.
The library is not a voting location, and the book drop is not an official ballot drop box, no matter how convincing it may look from your driver's seat.
If you're returning a ballot, please take it to the official ballot box at Constantine Township Hall, 67125 US 131.
Help us keep democracy and library circulation running smoothly. One handles votes. The other handles overdue mysteries.

🎃 Don’t ghost your library plans this week!
October is serving up a delightfully messy mix of fun and learning. Join us Thursday morning for Messy Play, where the only thing scarier than the monsters is the potential for glitter in unexpected places. Then Thursday evening, protect yourself from tricks (not treats!) at our Scams Targeting Seniors program. Seats are still available, so grab yours before they disappear like a ghost in the fog. And on Friday, flutter over to Family Story Time for another morning of stories and Halloween-themed fun.
We’ve got a full week of fall happenings brewing, and we’d love to see you! 🍂👻

EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it!

Did your great-grandparents make the local news? Was your family business featured in the paper? Are there wedding announcements, obituaries, school achievements, or community stories waiting to be discovered?

Join us on Tuesday, November 17th at 6 pm for a hands-on workshop exploring Dig-Mich, our online archive of Constantine newspapers from 1865 through 1977. Learn how to access the site, navigate the collection, and search for family names, local history, and stories from the past.

Whether you're a seasoned genealogist or just getting started, you'll leave with the tools to uncover fascinating pieces of your family's history.

💻 Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop so they can follow along and begin researching during the workshop.

⚠️ Space is limited, so registration is required.
