📢 UDO FINAL DRAFT UPDATED

Rockdale County Planning & Development has updated sections of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Final Draft based on feedback received from the Board of Commissioners and members of the public during the review process.

These updates reflect continued efforts to ensure the proposed UDO is responsive to community input, addresses questions and concerns raised during the public review process, and provides clear and effective development regulations for Rockdale County.

Updates were made to the following Articles: 9, 15, 16, & 18.

The updated Final Draft is now available for public review.

📢 Rockdale County UDO Final Draft is available!

Rockdale County Planning & Development is pleased to announce that the Final Draft of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is now available for public review! 🏡🏗️🌳

The UDO is a comprehensive update to the County’s development regulations and is intended to create a more clear, consistent, predictable, and user-friendly framework for future development in Rockdale County.

The Final Draft incorporates feedback received throughout the public review process and reflects the County’s continued efforts to modernize its development regulations.
