For more than two decades Donnie Suits has become a builder of choice for homebuyers and owners looking for a detail-driven builder of custom homes and home remodels and renovations in Metro Atlanta. He has built multiple single family and mixed-use neighborhoods through out the city. Relocating to his farm in the beautiful Upper Cumberland near Cookeville, Tennessee, Donnie and his company Capital Communities, will bring the same skills to this region. He offers the residential marketplace his broad experience and proven track record of building homes with superior craftsmanship. Whether you choose to build an existing plan or develop your own unique design, each home is carefully planned and tailored to fit the individual needs of each homeowner. Customizing every detail is Capital Communities' specialty. Donnie's goal is to ensure that every customer he builds a home for is so pleased with their purchase that they provide his company with the highest compliment of all, a referral to a friend or family member. In addition to the praise from owners, Donnie Suits, a Certified Professional Homebuilder of Georgia, has won Gold and Silver Professionalism Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for professionalism and excellence in home building.
