Coos Bay Downtown Association THIS IS THE OFFICIAL PAGE OF THE COOS BAY DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION - The CBDA promotes the revitalization and development of downtown Coos Bay.

www.coosbaydowntown.com The Coos Bay Downtown Association (CBDA) is part of the national Main Street Program, which leverages community assets to generate investment, create jobs, and foster the rehabilitation of downtown areas and Main Streets. As part of this program, CBDA is supported by a Board of Directors, Main Street Manager, and four Committees: Promotions, Organization, Design, and Economic Development. CBDA works closely with its members, downtown businesses, and local organizations to strengthen existing business, to expand opportunities for new businesses, and to plan events and activities that improve the quality of life in downtown Coos Bay.

Grab the costumes, round up the kiddos, and join us for Coos Bay’s Annual Trick or Treat the Streets!

📅 Friday, October 30
⏰ 3:00–5:00 PM
📍 Downtown Coos Bay • Front Street • Coos Bay Village

The Coos Bay Downtown Association and participating local businesses are opening their doors for an afternoon of Halloween fun!

🎃 LOOK FOR THE ORANGE PUMPKIN!
Participating businesses will have a large orange pumpkin poster displayed in their windows. If you see the pumpkin, there are treats waiting inside for your little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses and more!

👻 Dress up the whole family and make an afternoon of it.
🍬 Fill those treat bags.
📸 Snap plenty of photos and share them using so we can see your creative costumes!

A list of participating businesses will be available October 26 at coosbaydowntown.com and on our page.

🚗 DRIVERS, PLEASE USE EXTRA CAUTION. Downtown sidewalks and crosswalks will be busy with families and trick-or-treaters from 3–5 PM.

While you’re here, make an afternoon of it and shop, eat, mingle and explore Coos Bay! Supporting our local businesses makes events like this, and our downtown community, even stronger. 🧡

You’re chasing a personal record in the 10K or taking a casual 2-mile stroll with the family, the annual Prefontaine Memorial Run is almost here. There is nothing quite like the energy of hundreds of runners taking over the downtown streets on festival morning.

📍 Where: Starts at 4th & Anderson
⏱️ When: Saturday, Sept 19th @ 10:05 AM
🏆 Prize: $1,000 total prize pool ($500 for 1st, $300 for 2nd, $200 for 3rd place 10K finishers)!
