Early this morning members of CFD and Bessie Fire Department completed a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in honor of the lives lost and forever changed on September 11, 2001.

This morning was an opportunity to reflect, remember and honor the sacrifice, service and heroism of that fateful day. Each step was in remembrance of the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice, the first responders who answered the call and every person whose life was lost and forever changed.

25 years later, we continue to remember.
We will never forget! 🇺🇸

It has come to our attention that there are still several kids on the angel trees. The trees are located at Iron Fitness and Cordell Memorial Hospital. If you are able, please go to one of these locations and get a tag or two! Help make Christmas memorable for a child in our community! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
