At our event Thursday night, we were thrilled to honor Hilda Lando as the 2026 recipient of the Joseph R Welch Unity Award. Very well deserved!

We also heard from our Congressional candidate, Aaron Gies for Congress, and local candidates for Town of Corning Town Council, Trecelle Sweet and Joan K. Rosen. Go Blue!! 💙💙💙💙

Very impressed with how often Aaron Gies is meeting with voters in our community to educate them on issues and how he will stand up for the common good when elected!

25 years later, we remember.

On September 11, 2001, our nation changed forever. We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families and communities forever impacted, and the countless first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

Members of our own local police departments answered that call and traveled to New York City to help. We honor their courage, sacrifice, and service — and we remember all those who never came home.

25 years later, we will never forget.
