"Being at Lead con Esperanza means that I get to develop myself as a person." 💛

Cecilia Lopez, a CCISD high school student, spoke about what our youth leadership program, Lead con Esperanza means to her. From building soft skills she'll carry into high school and college to meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds, Lead con Esperanza is helping the next generation grow into leaders. Her advice to other students? Do it! 🙌

🗓️MONDAY, OCTOBER 19
• Resource appointments: 11 AM–5 PM
• Counseling appointments: Noon–5 PM

☕ TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20
• Cafecito con Esperanza with the Driscoll CHAMPions program: 11 AM–Noon. Attend and receive infant fever reducer and diapers!
• Clothing Closet: 1–3 PM
• Counseling appointments: 10 AM–5 PM

🩺WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21
• Meet Amistad Health, learn about their programs, and receive a FREE six-pack of toilet paper! 11AM-12PM
• Resource appointments: 1–3 PM
• Parent Burnout Group: 5–7 PM. Take time for yourself and connect with other parents who understand.
• Kids’ Reading & Pizza Night: 6–7 PM. Pick a book, read, and make a personal pizza!
• Counseling appointments: Noon–5 PM

🧼 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22
• Open Hygiene Bank: 11 AM–2 PM. Receive a bag with toilet paper, a bar of soap, a toothbrush, and detergent.
• Counseling appointments: 10 AM–5 PM

• Parent Coalition: 11 AM–1 PM. Open to all parents with children ages 18 and younger, or a child with a disability ages 21 and younger. Your voice and experiences matter!
• Counseling appointments: Noon–5 PM

• Open Diaper Bank: Noon–2 PM
