A little sparkle goes a LONG way!
Our amazing First Grade Team rolled around campus with the Sparkle Cart, sprinkling a little extra magic into everyone’s day! 🌟 Teachers could sparkle up their hair or get fully glitterfied with a little shimmer on their faces! Even our amazing Mr. Montelongo joined in on the fun!

Because at Barnes, we don’t just shine… WE SPARKLE! 💖🌟

🎃👻 What a BOO-tiful night! 👻🎃

A HUGE thank you to all of our Barnes families for coming out and supporting our 4th graders at their spooktacular Halloween performance! 🧡🖤 Our students were FA-BOO-LOUS! 🎶🕷️

Special thanks to our amazing music teacher, 4th grade teachers, and PTA for all the teamwork and behind-the-scenes magic.

College & Career Week was a SUCCESS!

What a great week of learning, exploring, and dreaming about the future! Our students had fun showing their school spirit with our dress-up days, enjoyed a special Counselor Café, and wrapped up the week with an incredible lineup of career guests! 👏

Our students had the opportunity to learn about careers in law enforcement/game warden services, the fire department, nursing, welding, and so much more! 🚒🩺🔥

A huge THANK YOU to all of our community professionals who took time to share their careers, experiences, and knowledge with our students. Your stories help our students see that there are so many paths to a successful future! Counselors Garcia and Ruiz did an INCREDIBLE job providing this experience for our scholars.

At Barnes, we’re not just preparing students for the next grade—we’re helping them discover their possibilities and dream BIG!
