“Did I say the wrong thing?” “What if something goes wrong?” “Did I make the right decision?” 💭

Overthinking can leave us replaying the past, worrying about the future, and feeling mentally exhausted. Learning to recognize these thought patterns and redirect our attention can help us focus more on what is happening in the present and what is actually within our control.
