đź’ś Supporting survivors takes all of us.
đź’ś Give today: pillarscommunityhealth.org/supportsurvivors

This October, turn awareness into action. Join us in building a community where survivors are heard, believed, and supported.

During Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we recognize the strength of survivors and the importance of ensuring that safety, healing, and support are within reach.

At Pillars Community Health, our Domestic and Sexual Violence Services team provides compassionate, confidential support to individuals and families impacted by violence. From crisis intervention to prevention and advocacy to counseling and emergency shelter, these services help survivors navigate difficult moments and move toward a future of their choosing.

Your generosity helps make this work possible.

Every gift sustains critical services, reduces barriers to safety, and ensures survivors can access support when they need it most.

Support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Your gift helps fund hotlines, counseling, advocacy, and safe shelter at Constance Morris House.

We’re out in the community this morning! 💙

The PCH team is spending the morning at the West40 Community Wellness Fair in Maywood, connecting with neighbors, sharing resources, and helping community members learn more about the care and support available to them.

Events like these are an important part of building healthier, more connected communities. Whether someone is looking for medical care, behavioral health services, or support for themselves or a loved one, we want our neighbors to know that help is close to home.

Thank you to west40isc and all the community partners bringing people and resources together today!

Caring for our community includes caring for one another. đź’ś

Yesterday, our Domestic & Sexual Violence Services outreach team brought PCH colleagues together for an hour of self-care activities as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month a chance to pause, connect, and make space for our own well-being.

Supporting survivors takes compassion, skill, and sustained care. Thank you to our outreach team for creating this time together and to our colleagues for the care they bring to our community every day.

Mental health is health. đź’š

Our mental health affects how we think, feel, connect with others, and navigate everyday life. Just like physical health, it deserves attention, compassion, and care.

On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding our community that seeking support for your mental health is just as important as seeking care for your physical health.

At Pillars Community Health, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, quality mental health care. From counseling and psychiatric services to crisis support, we’re here to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or someone you care about, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

đź’š Looking for support? Call 708-PILLARS (708-745-5277) to connect with our services.

Need immediate mental health crisis support? Call 708-6-CRISIS (708-627-4747). Our crisis support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
